Governance

At Eminence Global Strategic Inc, our Code of Conduct defines the professional standards, ethical principles, and behavioural expectations that govern how we work — with clients, colleagues, partners, and the public.

1. Our Commitment

Eminence is built on the principles of Excellence, Integrity, Insight, Impact, and Partnership. These are not aspirational values — they are operational standards. Every member of our team is expected to uphold them in every engagement, without exception.

2. Professional Integrity

  • We provide honest, evidence-based counsel, even when it is uncomfortable or contrary to a client’s preferred position.
  • We do not overstate our capabilities, fabricate outcomes, or misrepresent credentials.
  • We hold ourselves to the highest standards of intellectual honesty in all research, analysis, and advisory outputs.

3. Client Confidentiality

  • All client information is treated as strictly confidential. Mandates, strategies, and communications are not to be disclosed without explicit authorisation.
  • Confidentiality obligations survive the conclusion of any engagement.
  • We do not use one client’s proprietary information to benefit another.

4. Conflicts of Interest

  • All actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed immediately to senior leadership.
  • We do not accept engagements that create material conflicts without appropriate disclosure and client consent.
  • Personal interests must never override professional obligations to clients or the firm.

5. Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, and improper inducements in any form.
  • We comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the Kenya Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act and the UK Bribery Act where applicable.
  • Any suspected corrupt conduct must be reported immediately to leadership or via our confidential reporting channel.

6. Respect and Inclusion

  • We maintain a professional environment free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or victimisation.
  • We treat all colleagues, clients, and partners with dignity and respect, regardless of background, role, or seniority.
  • Inclusive behaviour is a professional expectation, not an optional courtesy.

7. Data Protection

  • All team members must handle personal and sensitive data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
  • Unauthorised access to, or disclosure of, confidential data is a serious disciplinary matter.

8. Social Media and Public Communications

  • Team members must not disclose client information, proprietary strategies, or firm positions on personal social media platforms.
  • Public commentary on clients, competitors, or sensitive policy matters must be approved by senior leadership.
  • Personal views shared publicly must not be presented as positions of Eminence Global Strategic Inc.

9. Reporting and Accountability

All team members share responsibility for upholding this Code. If you witness or suspect a violation:

  • Report it directly to a senior leader or via email to info@eminenceglobalstrategicinc.com
  • Reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially and without retaliation
  • Anonymous reporting is available upon request

10. Disciplinary Consequences

Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or engagement, referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities, and civil or legal proceedings where applicable.

11. Review

This Code is reviewed annually. All team members are required to acknowledge and comply with it upon joining and after each revision.
